Collaboration software providers are increasingly aware that community managers are the most precious resource in modern digital workplaces.
Jive Software, the leading provider of modern communication and collaboration solutions for business, has asked UK based collaboration services provider – Sei Mani, to exclusively run its customer foundation training programme across the globe.
Having previously run Jive’s foundation training for EMEA Sei Man will now add the USA and the rest of the world to its weekly global training programme.

Rather than expecting people to attend the training sessions face to face, Sei Mani and Jive use virtual classroom technology to bring people together to learn about the platform’s capabilities. Levels 1 and 2 foundation training takes place every week – with a range of start times harmonised to global time zones. Training delivery is as interactive and ‘hands-on’ as possible and attendees are encouraged to take an active part in the sessions.
