Arqiva’s migration to WebEx & Jabber

Supported Arqiva’s relocation of a large number of employees in its HQ to create a culture of the use of hot desks where only Cisco Jabber soft phones would be used. The company also needed to retire a legacy audio conferencing service and switch its employees over to Cisco WebEx and carry out these changes in parallel under aggressive timescales. After only four months, Sei Mani’s Genius Desk service achieved 86% adoption of WebEx.
