Tesco’s migration to WebEx

Architected and managed a rationalisation and migration plan touching almost every area of the business required to support a step change in the way people work. Migrated 9,000 people from five legacy conferencing applications to WebEx in six months, delivering over 400 coaching sessions resulting in a dramatic uplift in the use of WebEx in rich immersive mode and a wide range of service cost savings.
